Booking & Appointments

How do I book a travel vaccination appointment?

Search by destination or vaccination, choose a Travel Jab partner pharmacy near you, pick an available time and complete your booking online.

Is my appointment confirmed straight away?

Your booking is sent to the pharmacy as a request. We’ll let you know by email and text message as soon as the pharmacy confirms it.

Where will my appointment take place?

At the partner pharmacy you chose when booking. Its address is shown in your booking confirmation.

Payments & Cancellations

When will I be charged?

When you book, your card is authorised but not charged. The payment is only taken once the pharmacy confirms your appointment.

What happens if my appointment is cancelled?

If your appointment is cancelled, by you or by the pharmacy, you’ll receive a full refund to your original payment method. Refunds can take a few working days to appear on your statement.

How do I cancel or change my appointment?

Please contact us and we’ll help you cancel or rearrange your appointment.

Travel Vaccinations

Which vaccinations do I need?

It depends on where you’re going, what you’ll be doing and your health. Our destination pages list the vaccinations commonly recommended for each country, and your pharmacist will confirm what you need at your appointment.

How far in advance should I get vaccinated?

Ideally at least 8 weeks before you travel, as some vaccines need more than one dose or time to take effect. If you’re travelling sooner, it’s still worth booking — your pharmacist will advise what can be done in the time available.
