Booking conditions

The following conditions apply to any contract between you and us for booking travel vaccinations on our site (a “Booking“). Please read these conditions carefully and make sure you understand them before making a Booking.
Please note that, before making a Booking, you will be asked to confirm your agreement to these conditions. If you refuse to accept these conditions, you will not be able to make a Booking.

To make a Booking, you will need to fill in the booking form on our site.

You acknowledge that it is your responsibility to check and ensure that all information you have provided on the booking form is accurate and complete.

On submission of the booking form, you will receive a list of the vaccinations you require and a list of the approved third party suppliers, who are able to provide you with these vaccinations (the “Vaccination Services“) and a quote for providing the Vaccination Services.

We will use reasonable endeavours to provide links to approved third party service providers, however we accept no responsibility or liability for the Vaccination Services provided by them.

To make a Booking, you can select a third party service provider from the list provided on our site.
The price for making the Booking is as set out on our site (the “Booking Fee“) and all Bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by us.

Please note that the Booking Fee is an administrative fee charged to you by us and does not include the cost of the supply and administration of the vaccinations, which will be charged to you separately by the approved third party supplier as part of and at the time of its provision of the Vaccination Services.

We take payment of the Booking Fee when the Booking is made and accept payment using a debit, credit card or Paypal.

We have the right to make any changes to the Booking which are necessary to comply with any applicable law or safety requirement, or which do not materially affect the nature or quality of the Booking.

A Booking is made when we send you a confirmation of your appointment and your unique reference number for the Vaccination Services.

If you are a business, these terms of use, their subject matter and their formation (and any non-contractual disputes or claims) are governed by English law. We both agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
